Separately, a robust trade exists on Telegram, where groups with thousands of participants share comparison photos, administration instructions and claims of next-day British shipping. Vendors promote the drug there before redirecting buyers to WhatsApp for transactions.

Understanding Retatrutide

Retatrutide is an investigational injection created by American pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly. The drug targets three intestinal hormones – glucagon-like peptide-1, GIP and pancreatic hormone. Preliminary studies suggest it could assist patients lose up to a quarter of their body weight. Nicknamed the “triple G”, the drug is being hailed digitally as the next Ozempic.

Medical Experts Voice Worries

When asked whether the product was genuine, one seller responded: “You can’t be sure.” Another shared a photo of a supposed testing documentation. Not one inquired about body mass, health issues or previous experience.
